Theatre workshop on Self Development

This is a workshop on Personal Development focusing on –

Dealing with difficult relationships

This workshop is based on the principles of experiential learning. The workshop uses the medium of theatre and is designed to allow individuals to experience the triggers that create difficult relationships in their working & personal life and finding effective solutions to improve each relationship.

Benefits of the medium

1. Theatre is a non-threatening medium to explore sensitive relationships.

2. This methodology ensures that participants can seek alternative solutions to everyday situations that elude them.

3. Theatre engages the individual and helps him get in touch with emotions – on the surface and deeper more powerful ones as well.

In this session
